OK, for real

Honestly, this is getting out of hand.

I can't sleep.

Can't anyone tell me some good methods to relax before going to bed? Seriously, I'll try anything. I sleep at whacko hours (usually when I don't want to, like 8-11pm and 1-3pm) and I lay in bed eyes wide open the rest of the time. Anything, I'll try anything.

Should I stand on my head before I sleep? Was there a memo somewhere that that's what people do now before bedtime? Or maybe I'm not doing enough zen meditation? Seriously, people what am I missing?

I'm doing alright with it, but seriously, I go to class and then I go home and sleep. This is crazy.

Going to bed every day before 1am might help. It is a bit like a jet lag that you need to recover from: being disciplined helps.

And no sugar or carbohydrates after 8pm for you either :-)
Although a big bowl of warm milk with honey can help as well.
And sex... sex makes you sleepy.
