Grammar Anger

You know, I am SO TIRED of people using the word 'fierce.' Some day, I would like the english language to operate on an interesting level where more than one word functions in popular usage.

*end rant*

Flight

I'm sure no one cares except my mother, but just in case anyone wants to know what plane is going to crash with me in it, here is the information:

Saskatoon (YXE) Thu 01-May 2008 10:00

In other words, I am hitting Saskatoon at 10:00AM on Thursday, May 1st.

I should probably also really tell my landlady this. (I forgot because whenever I talk to her I have such a nice feeling and I forget all the business of everything....) But I think she has a feeling I am leaving, and I told everyone else except her....sadly, she was the person I probably should have told first...

Sigh...I'm so bad at this business stuff....

Sigh

Maclean's again said per capita, Regina and Saskatoon are some of the most dangerous cities in Canada.

Why is that? I have no idea.

Awesome site

Seriously, this is so amazing I don't have words for it. There is a free music streaming site that has basically every song I ever want to listen to, and it has a nice interface and you can make your own playlists, share stuff with other people, etc. This is a music geek's dream (for popular music, but there are some possibilities for indie...) so check deezer.com out.

Decided

OK, this is really rush, but I decided to go back to Sask for a while. Reasons being:

-All my stuff is still there. I need to get it somehow.

-I have a wedding and a grad to attend in the summer

-I would like to see some people before they up and leave the city/country/planet

-Quebec city is fun, but I know a total of three people here, all of which are too busy to see me on a regular basis. ie. no reason to stay. In a way, I wish I did.

-My credit card needs to be renewed and I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be able to see it until after I needed it...which is...well, right about now, really.

Other than that, I have tests all this week, and then, zoom! Back to Sask, I guess.

I will put up my flight info when I feel like it, but I really need to get to bed.

Working

Just had an interview for a salaried position....it was a really fun interview. I think that it went really well. (I mean, regardless of whether I get the job or not, it went well.)

I don't even know if I WANT it. AUGH.

Will know by Tuesday if I'm selected. =/

Now, I will continue to search for jobs over the weekend.

Sigh.

Working at it

You know, I totally don't understand job searching. Last time there was this big of a rush, I had so much trouble finding work, and now I have people I don't even remember (or never even contacted personally) wanting me to work for them. What the heck is that, man???

On the bright side, there are people who want to hire me, but now which job do I take???

I can get a job in either Montreal/Toronto/Ottawa (Currently jobs in each I'm applying for) or Sask....what do you guys think???? =/ =/ =/

I guess it comes down to who is willing to comment more on my blog and offer me more wonderful things by living near them.

Wow, this is hard.

YAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYYAY!!!!

I love logic puzzles. Sigh.

News

I was recently reading msnbc news, and I realized, what the heck do people consider news these days? I just can't believe that people would report things like "Pope believed to stress traditional worship in the near future" or "Obama weighs in on Dhali Lama, says USA should put pressure on Chinese government." I wonder what, exactly, consitutes news in the American mind. I have the feeling sometimes that it may be that combination of a the prototypical yes-man and the trivial and banal in one shot. And who says the USA doesn't stand for the 'axis of evil'? Honestly...

Panic, panic

OK, I am searching for jobs people. I have like two weeks to decide what the crap I'm doing...anyone who wants to hire me, I'm so VERY WILLING.
